There are many online tests available that can give you an indication of your dominant Dosha
according to Ayurvedic principles. However, experience shows these tests tend to be only 50%
accurate. To ensure your Dosha is identified accurately, it is recommended to have this done in
person by methodically analysing your Prakriti (original state of your constitution) and Vikriti
(current state of your constitution). This is exactly what I offer to my clients as part of my programs
and during single Ayurvedic Business Growth consultations.

minutes of additional time. It is important to ensure that we reach a natural stopping point before
concluding the session.
To benefit the most from my sessions, I encourage you to choose a quiet and peaceful place
where you can feel comfortable and focus on yourself. Create a warm and supportive space;
perhaps treat yourself to a bouquet of fresh flowers, light a candle or let the beautiful scent of your
favourite essential oil gently surround you. Make sure you will not be disturbed and have a
comfortable place to sit that allows you to concentrate on the session without unnecessary
discomfort. Ensure your phone is silenced and any unnecessary tabs on your computer are closed
to avoid distractions. It is very beneficial to centre yourself before each session; you can do this by
taking a few deep breaths. Also, remember to have a glass of warm water, a notebook and a pen
ready so you can write down all your important insights.
